The Swindon Listening Line is run by Suns management team, Service Users told us they needed someone to talk to when they were feeling unhappy, lonely and vulnerable to self harm.
We designed the Swindon Listening Line to be there at the time you said you need it most, 6 PM till Midnight 7 days a week.
We will listen to you in a caring manner, and sign post you, if we can to other services that will help you to keep well.
This service is run by specially trained staff, and managed by mental health service users, who have been through the system themselves and have experienced life's difficulties and can use this expertise to help others.

We have a full time Network Development Worker, whose role is to support service users to have a voice at meetings and to gather your views of other statutory and local third sector groups, to develop services in the way you, a user of services in Swindon, really need.
